No Return & Size Exchange Policy

At Rangrez, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with love for color, shape, and confidence. To maintain quality and fairness for all our customers, we do not offer returns as of now.

However, we do offer a 7-day size exchange under the following conditions:

• Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Exchanges are applicable only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at rangrezbyj@gmail.com with your order ID and exchange request.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll take care of the rest and guide you through the process.

Please note:

• Customized or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

• If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
